Any "Twilight" fans out there?

So how many of you have read Stephenie Meyer's "Twilight" series? I read them last summer and fell in love with them. So if you haven't read them, DO.

Here is the first trailer for the movie. I'm still not exactly sure how I feel about this yet, but it truly could be worse.

What do you all think?

I have read the whole blog and love it. You have such a great sense of humor. It reminds me a lot of your mom. I love those pics of us as kids. Where did you get those. We look so sweet and innocent. Brad said I look just the same. I guess that was your baptism. I remember you asking me if it was scary and I think I told you it was fun and I wanted to do it again. Anyway I am so glad to see this blog. We need to get together. I have so enjoyed the few times we have hung out in the last little while.
Your baby is so cute and I love that you call him Liam --cute cute cute!
How is Morgan doing with her glasses?

I forgot to tell you that I did the Vampire books and enjoyed them.

Interesting. I'm not sure how I feel about the casting, but of course there is not a single person in this world that can be as perfect as Edward. Although he does have possibility! I think I will reserve any judgement until I see more than 3 seconds of them. I hope the graphics in the movie are awsome and not cheesy! I enjoyed reading the books and I am excited for the one due out this fall. I am guessing if they are making movies for all the books that they are going to have to do them all pretty fast since Edward isn't supose to age! Maybe we will have to go see the movie together when it comes out since I doubt my hunny will be all that interested.

I'm with you Holly. I'm not so thrilled with the casting either, and I'm a little afraid of a cheese factor. I think they should have cast the boy that plays Peter from Narnia as Edward. He's grown up to be quite a cutie. But it's true, can you ever get the perfection that is Edward.

As for me, I'm a Jacob Black fan and I was REALLY disappointed they didn't cast a real native american to play him. *sigh* Though I wouldn't have said no to the guy that played Prince Caspian. Lol! I'm on a kick here, can you tell?

I guess we can expect the worst and then we won't be disappointed either way... maybe ever pleasantly surprised.
